Billing FAQs
How does mobile money payment work?Choose your country above, click "Pay with Mobile Money", enter your mobile number, then confirm the prompt sent to your phone. We support MTN and Airtel in Uganda, Safaricom M-Pesa and Airtel in Kenya, and Airtel, Tigo and M-Pesa in Tanzania. Your plan activates automatically once payment clears.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?Yes. Contact support or upgrade from your billing page. The new plan starts immediately.
What happens after I pay?Your plan activates automatically via webhook. If it takes more than a few minutes, contact support@estamail.com.
Do you store my payment details?No. Payments are processed by Relworx. Estamail never stores your PIN or mobile money credentials.
How do I install my signature in Gmail or Outlook?After copying your signature from the editor, open Gmail Settings → General → Signature and paste it in. In Outlook Web, go to Settings → Compose and reply → Email signature and paste. The editor also shows step-by-step instructions when you click "Install in Gmail".
