Terms of Service

By accessing or using Estamail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Waesta Enterprises U Ltd, a company incorporated in Uganda. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.

Estamail is a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to create, manage, and share professional email signatures and digital business cards. Features include a signature builder, template library, digital card pages, team management, and an affiliate program.

To use most features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Estamail offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Ugandan Shillings (UGX), Kenyan Shillings (KES), Rwandan Francs (RWF), Tanzanian Shillings (TZS), or US Dollars (USD) depending on your location and selected plan.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of a charge to request a review.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All content, design, code, and trademarks on the Estamail platform are the property of Waesta Enterprises U Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (e.g., your signature designs, uploaded images). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Participation in the Estamail Affiliate Program is subject to a separate Affiliate Agreement presented during sign-up. Key points include: 20% commission on referred sales, payouts via mobile money (MTN / Airtel) through Relworx, and immediate ban for violations of the affiliate agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waesta Enterprises U Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Uganda. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at legal@estamail.app and we will make every effort to resolve it amicably.
